Coz, police brutality, as you already know, is not uncommon in Salone. If my memory serves me well, too much money has been spent, and a foreigner, unfortunately, was hired at one point as the top cop to rectify this problem. Seems like all the efforts and money spent produce no results.
Meanwhile, I feel sorry for Mr. Quee. As a human right activist, you just hate to witness such events. My question though, how far did Mr. Quee went in condemning the police activities that lead to him being "violated" and arrested?
