I dont see how Ms. Blyden can be a leader if she cannot accept criticisms or other people's views and weaknesses. You will not get it easy in politics or anything. Nobody asked you to set up a forum. You took the decision. I know you did it because of your love for Sierra Leone. I commend you for that.
But you have to realize that to take a leadership position is not easy. I spend all my time running around New Jersey to help people here and there, to attend this function, that function , in short to help solve the problems of my people. But what do I get at times? When people are ready for me, they criticise me like I have not done anything before. They accuse me left and right. But this is leadership. I dont lose my temper and begin to fight people. I listen to their views and if it is something I have to implement I do it.But the way I see you doing things, you do not have leadership qualities as Kabs Kanu tells us in the office. Your human relations are poor.You abuse people. You insult them. You delete their opinions. You love to take control. You should have taken yourself out of the forum so that people can be free to express their views. Politics is not an easy game.
This is my advice for you .
IF YOU CAN'T STAND THE HEAT OF THE KITCHEN, GET OUT .
