I would love to condemn the police for the innocent citizens it has brutalized in the past; but in this instant, i'm not sure the details of what happened- -was the woman resisting arrest that caused her to be dragged?
Was Mr Quee beligerant, or as the police herre in the States say 'interfering with an arrest'?
depending on the answers to these questions, no credible police force will walk away from a resisting citizen nor a beligerant and flippant 'know it all'.
I hope the British taught Mr quee to 'walk away and file a suit'
