The mande group of people does not consist of the Mende tribe alone. It also includes includes the Mandingo,Kuranko,Loko,Vai,Kono,Susu,Yalunka, loma and Gbandi tribes. Any one these tribes could have entered Sierra Leone before the Mende and Temne, probably from Guinea and not Liberia.
